Ground filming permit within the country

: Issuance of Filming License

The process of taking photos in traditional, digital, or modern methods or that will be developed later, including photography, video, television, cinema, digital, and other types of photography using all types of old and modern cameras, small and large, fixed and mobile, and each device performs the task of photography, regardless of its quality, shape or size, whether photography is on land, in the air or at sea.

E-Service Procedures
  • Login through the e-services system
  • Choosing the required service
  • Fill in all the data and documents
  • Submit the application
  • Review the status of the application (approval or rejection)
  • Approval and payment of fees
Terms & Conditions
  • The application must be submitted through the approved electronic means, according to the form prepared for this purpose, attaching all the required documents and documents, fifteen (15) working days before the date specified for the start of filming.
  • The submitted application must specify the purpose of filming (film/TV report/program/series/advertisement/video clip or any other purpose).
  • The submitted application shall specify in precise detail the date of the start and end of filming and the locations to be filmed.
  • The licensee must comply with the media content standards set out in the Decree-Law and this Resolution.
  • Pay the prescribed fees
  • Completing the procedures with the concerned authorities after obtaining the filming permit from the Council or the competent authority
  • Stay away from no-shoot areas, which are places of interest that are subject to the prohibition or prohibition of photography.
