This permit allows individuals to publish advertising and media content through their social media accounts, websites, or other modern digital platforms, either for compensation or free of charge.

Electronic Service Procedures
- Log in through the electronic services system
- Select the required service
- Complete all required data and upload documents
- Submit the application
- Review the application status (approval or rejection)
- Approval and payment of fees
Terms and Conditions
- The applicant must have good conduct and must not have been convicted of a felony or a dishonesty-related offense unless legally rehabilitated.
- The advertising content published by the applicant must comply with media content standards.
- Completion of the training program organized by the council for awareness and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, decisions, and applicable conditions and controls.
- The applicant must not have any previously canceled permits.
- The applicant must not have any outstanding financial obligations to the authority.
