Media Licensing Services : Advertising Permit
This permit allows individuals visiting the UAE to provide advertising content through their social media accounts, websites, or other modern digital platforms, either for compensation or free of charge.

Electronic Service Procedures
- Log in through the electronic services system
- Select the required service
- Complete all required data and upload documents
- Submit the application
- Review the application status (approval or rejection)
- Approval and payment of fees
Terms and Conditions
- The visiting advertiser must register according to the following conditions:
- Submit the application through a licensed advertising agency in the UAE using the approved electronic methods, attaching all supporting documents verifying the accuracy of the information provided.
- The applicant must be fully legally competent.
- The applicant must have good conduct and must not have been convicted of a felony or dishonesty-related offense unless legally rehabilitated.
- The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- The permit issued to the visiting advertiser is temporary for a period of 3 months. The authority may extend it for additional periods, provided that the total temporary permit duration does not exceed 6 months.
