Terms & Conditions:

The application must be submitted by the person in whose name the license will be issued or by someone who legally represents him through the electronic means approved by it, in accordance with the form prepared for this purpose, along with documents and documents supporting the validity of the data contained therein.
The natural person must be fully competent.
He must be of good conduct and has not been previously convicted of a felony or a penalty restricting liberty for a misdemeanor that violates honor or honesty, unless he has been rehabilitated.
The legal person shall take the form of a sole proprietorship or any form of company mentioned in the Commercial Companies Law in force in the UAE.
Obtaining the necessary approvals from the concerned authorities.
Fulfilling the rules and conditions of practicing media activities and media content standards stipulated in the Decree-Law and the Executive Regulations.
The applicant must not have previously suspended or cancelled a license issued to him, or closed an establishment related to the media activity affiliated with him, or has previously been prevented from practicing media activity, unless the reasons for the suspension, cancellation or prohibition are removed.
Specify the proposed name of the channel or station, its main hub, and the language of the broadcast.
Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TRA) approve broadcast frequency allocation
Submit software plans when requesting license issuance and renewal.
Submit the data requested by the Council or the competent authority about the applicant and his partners, if any, and their previous experience in accordance with the specified form
